We look forward to welcoming members, partners and guests to our British Columbia Fall Online Reception - our first event as an official chapter of MAPLE Business Council.
Since our B.C. Spring Reception on March 12 which was our last in-person event in Canada and the U.S., we’ve been busy hosting and participating in online receptions on a monthly basis including a special MAPLE B.C. summer mixer for members with B.C. Senator Yuen Pau Woo.
To celebrate our new B.C. Chapter we are honored to welcome a very special guest to our Fall Reception. In August, Consul General D. Brent Hardt moved to Vancouver to be the new senior U.S. representative in Vancouver. CG Hardt has graciously agreed to join MAPLE British Columbia Executive Director, Jason Tse, for an “online fireside chat”on the work of the Consulate General team in B.C., his upcoming priorities in his new post, and commentary on the broader opportunities for bilateral economic growth between British Columbia and the United States.
Don’t miss this special opportunity at one of Consul General’s Hardt’s first receptions with the B.C. business community.
In addition, we will be sharing an update on MAPLE Business Council, the formalization of our community in British Columbia as a MAPLE Chapter, and the growth of our cross-border community since our Spring Reception which now includes a New York Chapter and many new members in Canada and the United States.
