We are delighted to welcome Lorraine Duclos, Senior Account Director at Hemlock Harling Distribution Inc., as our newest Executive Member.
Hemlock Harling is a company dedicated to providing postal data-driven marketing, e-commerce fulfillment services, print and third-party distribution services to a diverse range of clients throughout North America. It is an equal partnership of Hemlock Printers, a recognized print industry and Most Environmentally Progressive Printing Company leader based in Burnaby BC, and Harling Direct, a prominent postal services and fulfillment provider with facilities in Montreal QC and Toronto ON.
Lorraine has over 30 years of experience in international and domestic direct mail, transportation & logistics, E-commerce fulfillment, print and distribution services. She joined Hemlock Harling after owning her own direct mail company in Vancouver, Los Angeles and San Francisco for over 20 years.
She was based in both Los Angeles and San Francisco for 10 years developing the west coast and working with US companies who wanted to develop their transborder market opportunities into Canada. Lorraine has many years of experience in mailing and her postal knowledge of not only Canada Post, but also the USPS and international postal administrations which serves her current and future clients well. Part of her role continues to be the important liaise with Canada Post’s National Expert Partner program.
Lorraine is a member of the Surrey Board of Trade, The Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce, The Burnaby Board of Trade and the Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce. She is very proud that her company achieved and was nominated 3 years in a row for Excellence in Customer Service and being awarded the Women’s Entrepreneurial Award for Excellence.
