We are honoured to welcome back former Canadian Ambassador to the United States, the Honourable Derek Burney Sr for a fireside chat with MAPLE Colorado Executive Director Rob Mancey about post-election implications for Canada-U.S. trade and economic ties including for blue and red trade zones.

Derek Burney Sr served as Chief of Staff to Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney from 1987-1989 and was Canada's Ambassador to the United States from 1989-1993.
After cross-sector networking and an update on our MAPLE community from MAPLE Colorado Executive Director Rob Mancey, we are delighted to welcome Jamie Marr, an immigration attorney with our host organization, Ogletree Deakins LLP, for an update on the immigration landscape and we are honoured to hear from Sean Clark, Consul and Senior Trade Commissioner at the Consulate General of Canada in Denver for an update on the work of the Consulate General.
