Québec and California share a strong and growing economic relationship. Consider that in 2021, California was Québec’s 8th largest trading partner in the world (11th for exports and 5th for imports). Over the past three years, more than 600 companies from Québec have reported exporting to California. And almost 700 U.S. subsidiaries are thriving in Québec responsible for 228,000 jobs! In 2021, the Québec-U.S. trade was valued at $67.8 billion US which accounts for 70% of Québec’s exports and 51% of Québec’s international trade.
Join us at the Beverly Hills home of the Québec Government’s senior representative in California and 12 other western States, Delegate General David Brulotte, for networking followed by insights from Investissement Québec International ‘s Director of Foreign Direct Investment, Los Angeles-based Jean-Pascal (JP) Saucier, as we explore opportunities to do more, grow more and celebrate more together.
