The "Demystifying Intellectual Property Protection in the United States" presentation will focus on procuring and protecting intellectual property (IP) rights in the US. In particular, attendees will learn about obtaining and enforcing different forms of intellectual property protection in the US that exist in order to help Canadian businesses enter and compete in the US market.
This will be a panel discussion by three partners of Knobbe Martens’ Orange County, California office: Dan Altman, Vlad Teplitskiy, and Marko Zoretic.
MAPLE Business Council co-founders, Stephen Armstrong and Robert Kelle, will also be providing an overview of the bilateral cross-border mission of the Council and an update on the MAPLE community.
