Join Us for a Canada Market Entry Workshop
MAPLE Business Council and The California Chancellor’s Office are excited to welcome businesses from across the San Diego region to a half-day workshop on doing business in Canada. In addition to being our friends and neighbors to the north, Canada represents California's second largest export market and Southern California's 4th highest source of foreign direct investment.
If we are already trading and investing together, how can your business participate too?
We will be taking a deep-dive into the topic of successfully selling online to Canadian households. Learn from experts in the field and San Diego businesses already successfully selling into Canada.
Our program also includes understanding both the cross-border tax and immigration law considerations for businesses interested in setting up operations in Canada, hiring talent and/or moving staff from the U.S. to Canada with expert speakers joining us from Toronto, Ontario.
This half-day program will equip participants with the knowledge and confidence to pursue Canadian market opportunities.
