Join us for our Winter Member Networking Event. Our first speaker will be Mr. Stefan Joyner, Business Development Manager at MAPLE member organization, Armanino, LLP. Stefan will discuss tax opportunities available to businesses including:

·        R&D Tax Credits

·        R&D Payroll Tax Offsets

·        R&D Sales & Use Tax Partial Exemption (July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2022)

We will also be joined by Mr. David Reich, Deputy Director of International Trade for the Office of Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti who will discuss the current trade relationship between Los Angeles and Canada; Los Angeles' culture of innovation, large infrastructure projects planned around transportation, the Port, and the Airport; and the Mayor's new Export Program which is designed to increase sales aborad by small and medium sized LA businesses.
