We are delighted to welcome San Diego-based branding agency, Do Not Disturb Creative, as our newest organization member.
Founded by Montréal expats, Sophie Masson and Daniel Andreani, Do Not Disturb is an independent collective of spirited, award-winning creators, branding maestros, strategists, activists, designers, makers and producers. They work with their clients to foster awesome connections between their brands and audiences across digital, social, video, technology, experiential and design disciplines. The content they create aims to be respectful, relevant and entertaining. The kind people actively seek out and engage with. And never shut the door on.
Representing Do Not Disturb Creative in our community are co-founder and CEO, Sophie Masson; co-founder and Chief Creative Officer, Daniel Andreani; and Chief Growth Officer, Eugene Kim.
Sophie leads business opportunities alongside the leadership team while creating and overseeing transformative branding experiences. A pioneer in the experiential activation space, she collaborated with Volkswagen, WonderBra, Red Bull, Qualcomm, International Paper, Cirque du Soleil, Suzuki, Mercedes-Benz and Air Canada. She also partnered with creative powerhouses, Moment Factory, Sid Lee, Crispin Porter + Bogusky, BBDO and TAXI. Sophie believes cause related marketing leads to significant ROI and wants to enrich and enhance the well-being of people's lives.
Daniel started his career as an art director for award-winning global creative powerhouse TAXI and later joined creative boutique Sid Lee as creative director and partner before he joined the North American executive ranks at BBDO as executive creative director. As his career brought him out to the West Coast, running a handful of agencies in New Mexico and San Diego, it wasn't long before the lifestyle and energy inspired him to think differently as an agency owner - and thus, Do Not Disturb was born.
Eugene’s experience spans across every medium and industry vertical, producing campaigns and strategies for huge global brands, like HSBC Bank and Panasonic, and Fortune 500 brands, like CVS Pharmacy and McDonald’s. He started his career at Mullen as an account manager, but his real passion in digital strategy led him to the likes of Arnold Worldwide and Vitro Agency, where he helped build internal Social Media and Digital Strategy capabilities to serve their full rosters of award-winning brands. At Do Not Disturb, Eugene has taken on the role of leading account management, business development, and strategy across the agency. His task is to help the agency grow, while staying on the cutting edge and holding true to DND’s culture and mission of crafting love affairs between brands and people.
