We are delighted to share that Andrew Nutbrown, a trusts and estates attorney licensed to practice in both California, USA and Ontario, Canada is our newest Young Professional member affiliated with our Southern California Chapter.
Andrew primarily handles trust administration and estate planning, with a focus on developing and administering comprehensive estate plans for high-net worth foreign nationals with both domestic and international property interests. Andrew also prepares U.S. estate and gift tax returns, and represents clients in trust litigation matters specifically related to elder abuse and the misappropriation of trust funds.
Andrew attended the University of Western Ontario for both law school and his undergraduate studies, and practiced in the London, Ontario area for three years prior to moving to Pasadena, California where he joined KJMLAW Partners, a trusts and estates boutique firm.
As a licensed attorney in both California and Ontario, Canada, Andrew’s practice is focused on ensuring his clients maintain comprehensive estate plans that minimize both Canadian and American tax liabilities.
