We would like to thank Consul General Sylvain Fabi and Consul & Senior Trade Commissioner Kathryn Burkell for their warm welcome to MAPLE and to have the opportunity to support the work of the entire Consulate General of Canada in Colorado team.
We particularly appreciate the letter of congratulations from Consul General Fabi on the occasion of our new MAPLE Colorado Chapter launch and look forward to his presentation at our inaugural event in Denver on November 8th.
Sylvain Fabi
Consul General of Canada
As Consul General of Canada in Denver, I am pleased to congratulate the MAPLE® Business Council on their planned expansion into Colorado.
MAPLE has established a strong track record since opening their first chapter in Los Angeles eight years ago, with a goal of helping to grow trade and investment between Canada and Southern California. Since then MAPLE has opened chapters in New York City, Toronto and Vancouver, and we are delighted that they have chosen Denver as their next location.
MAPLE is guided in its efforts by Stephen Armstrong, President, and Robert Kelle, Board Chair, and supported by a Board and Executive Directors in each of their chapters, including Rob Mancey here in Denver.
The Consulate General of Canada sees MAPLE as a key partner in our work to connect Colorado and Canada, enhance Canada's footprint here and encourage new and deeper bilateral commercial ties in the region.
We look forward to working with MAPLE Colorado to grow the North American economy, to the benefit of our citizens on both sides of the border.
Sincerely,
Sylvain Fabi Consul General
