We are pleased to share that Olena Polissky, founder and managing director of Art One Translations, in Vancouver, British Columbia, is our newest Executive Member.
Art One Translations is a full service technical and specialized translation agency for technology and engineering companies such as Canada’s JSI Telecom, CMC Microsystems, and Copperleaf Technologies, as well as other businesses throughout the world. Olena’s company also provides translation and localization solutions in the science, automobile, education, and manufacturing industries and is looking to develop relationships with all member chapters of MAPLE as it expands in 2021.
Olena has a Master of Arts in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics and she is fluent in four languages. Prior to Art One Translations, she worked in different roles in corporate environment and taught in several leading universities in Canada and overseas. In 2008, Olena founded Art One Translations to help companies expand their foreign markets by overcoming cultural and linguistic challenges.
Through her passion for different languages and cultures, Olena has travelled extensively and continues to seek new cultural experiences.
