We are pleased to announce two more appointments to the MAPLE Business Council® Advisory Board - Ms. Rashma Agarwal, founder and principal of Trade Connections, and Mr. Eric Eide, Director of Government Relations at Bird Rides, Inc. The newly-formed Advisory Board serves the MAPLE organization in an advisory capacity on matters related to organization growth, membership development, retention, and partnerships.
Rashma Agarwal has been supporting MAPLE as a strategic advisor over the past year where she has helped us on a variety of strategic plans in Southern California and Canada. We are grateful for Rashma's contributions to the growth and planning of MAPLE and we are honoured to welcome her now to our Advisory Board.
Since joining MAPLE as a strategic advisor, Eric Eide has helped MAPLE to connect with key stakeholders in the Greater Los Angeles government, trade, and business communities as well as author content on the Southern California region for MAPLE. We thank Eric for his contributions to date and are honoured to have his continued participation as a member of our Advisory Board.
Earlier this month, MAPLE announced the formation of our Advisory Board and the initial appointments of Ms. Anna Innis of Air Canada and Mr. Michael Speer of Brookfield Property. Each member brings considerable market experience in sectors relevant to bilateral investment, trade, and entrepreneurship between Southern California and Canada. Moreover, they share our drive to facilitate more two-way growth by growing a vibrant cross-border networking community.
We are grateful for the continued participation of Rashma Agarwal and Eric Eide as they join our Advisory Board. And as always, thank you for your interest and support of MAPLE Business Council.
