The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) is responsible for developing and coordinating U.S. international trade, commodity and direct investment policy, and overseeing negotiations with other countries.

Ms. Boron and Mr. O’Brien are members of the Office of Western Hemisphere. The Office leads the negotiation and implementation of U.S. trade agreements in the Hemisphere, and oversees the administration and operations of the U.S. - Mexico - Canada (USMCA) agreement.

The speakers will be providing a practical update on the USMCA agreement highlighting new chapters and significant changes from the original North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
