US-based companies interested in accessing public venture capital through Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange are invited to apply to Virtual TSX US Deal Day. Ideal candidates will have revenues of $5M+ and are raising a Series B+ financing. Selected companies will present to Canadian investment bankers and Capital Pool Company (CPC) founders looking for a private company to take public. Each company will present for 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of Q+A.
